About Delta Life Fitness
Everything you’ll need to transform, in one women's-focused boutique fitness studio
Our transformation program is tailored to each individual member. You will be paired with an expert coach that matches your style and needs. All ages, injury history, goals, fitness levels and experience are welcome!
Expert Coaching
Your classes are led by coaches with a broad range of experience in personal training and exercise science. They are here to answer your questions, assist with form, and make sure your heart rate is right where it needs to be every class.
Tone & Torch Workouts
Our Tone & Torch workouts are designed to Tone Muscle and Torch Fat while improving range of motion, stability and cardiovascular health. We have 8 different class structures to keep it fun and challenging all year long.
Nutritional Support
We teach you how to balance healthy foods with everyday life so you don’t yo-yo weight on and off. We strive for the 1% better improvements every day.
Goal Setting and Tracking
Goal setting and tracking with our medical-grade Body Composition Analyzer to hold you accountable while also knowing exactly what’s happening with your body as it changes.
Community
Monthly get togethers like line dancing and bowling outside of the gym to get to know the other members and relax and have fun along this fitness journey!

Saturday Class Schedule:
8:00am, 8:45am, 9:30am, 10:15am.
Closed on Sundays.
